Her name was Psyche

She was a woman and, just like each of us, she wanted to be loved. And she was human and sought acceptance and appreciation from others, just like all of us. She loved her sisters and her people, because she was one of them.  Her name was Psyche. Later, she became Goddess Psyche. The Goddess of Soul. But it was much later! And only after she had gone through immense emotional and physical hurdles and tests. The ones that made her stronger. The ones that showed that she cared and strived, the ones, that once conquered, showed that she had a power of mind and the will, and was determined and enduring. And she was ordained by the Gods to become one of them, the Goddess.  The Goddess of Soul. Psyche. Her name was given to the science, one of the most used by us, the human beings. The science of Psyche (- ology). In a simpler word - the science of Soul. Or a science of becoming a Master of your Soul.

What do we do and do we know enough to become the Goddesses of our souls? To possess that invaluable ability to listen to our Soul and understand the working of It. The working and the unlimited ability of this  magnificent power, our Soul, that controls our mind, our will, our entire body, and consequently controls our life. Do we know how to nurture our Soul, hear and understand it in order to bring ourselves to the place of that irreplaceable balance between the Soul and the Body. The balance from which the inner peace starts and empowers us to take on virtually any challenges and reach any heights?

Each of us are somewhere down the road of mastering the Soul. We read books and listen to Psychology Gurus and motivators. There are so many of them. We find or do not find the one whose teachings are appealing to us and our Souls, do not sound like strangers or intruders. We work out own patterns of dealing with life situations and test them in our real lives. We help each other find solutions, and often the advice becomes priceless. Lioness  is in control or finds her control of a situation, by all means. She is wise. This is in her nature.
