The Four Best Exercises to a Great Body!

Yes ladies.  You don’t need to spend endless time in a gym using state-of-the-art equipment to get into great shape.  Some of the simplest and oldest exercises can work wonders to reshape your body and the best thing about them is that no equipment is required.  These well known exercises which have been around for ever can be done at home or a hotel room while traveling, and best of all, they only take fifteen minutes of your time.

 

The most common areas of the body most ladies are unhappy with are the arms, legs, stomach and butt.  To best target these areas I have chosen these 4 effective exercises:  pushups, squats, sit-ups and dips.

    



Before you begin, make sure that you loosen your upper body by doing some arm circles to the front and the back.  These can be done with either with both arms together or one at a time. 

To begin, first start with one setof 10-15 repetitions of Pushups(either “ladies” for beginners or “mens” for the more advanced),

 

 followed immediately by a setof 15-25 repetitions of Squats. 

 

When doing these, place hands at waist or crossed in front of the chest.  These two back-to-back exercises should be done three or four times and they will take no longer then ten minutes to complete. 

 



Sit-ups and Dips will follow next and will also be done in the same back-to-back fashion.  Many variations of sit-ups exist so choose the one that really targets your abdominals. 

After 15-25 repetitions of sit-ups you will right away follow up with 5-10 repetitions of dips. 



To perform dips, all you need is a chair or something sturdy like a bench. 

 

Again, these two exercises should be done three or four times. 

 

After doing this combination of  four exercises for at least one month, three to four times a week, you will see yourself transform from a soft and shapeless body to a toned, strong and sexy looking body.  Good luck!
